This stunning 5 star resort features some of the most picturesque white sand, saltwater lagoon pools which surrounds each room throughout the resort. The resort also includes, a number of bars and restaurants, a swim up bar within the main pool, access to the country club plus much more. It is located just a small 5 min drive from the main street of Port Douglas and has seaside beach access to the well known Four Mile beach, throughout the east side of the resort. The Sheraton Grand is ideal as a luxury getaway for couples or families looking to spend a little extra time in Port Douglas to sit back, relax and unwind.
Each morning throughout our stay, we couldn’t help but to take advantage of the valet service over to the country club where most days we enjoyed a number of competitive tennis matches between us. Afterwards, we would head back to our room and enjoy the delicious room service breakfast and coffee. Closely followed by a relaxing day soaking up the sun on the white sand water front pool. As night approached we mostly found ourselves exploring the local shops along the main street ending up at the famous Rex Smeal Park where it is famous for the most incredible palm tree and sunset views.
We can’t thank the Sheraton Grand Resort Port Douglas enough for allowing us to escape to luxury whilst enjoying the surroundings of the beautiful resort and Port Douglas.
