KI Seafront Holiday Park - @seafrontholidaypark

We recently headed over to Kangaroo Island for a little 4 day getaway. We arrived by the Sealink ferry which takes you to the Pennashaw ferry terminal. This was perfect for us as our first night was spent here at the KI Seafront Holiday Park, where we were super luck to have stayed in one of their Eco Luxury Tents.

The tents here are so stunning they are grouped together divided by a large decked walk way, each with an over looking sea view of Hog Bay Beach & surrounded by nature and wildlife. Inside the tents they are so spacious, all coming fully equiped with a seperate bathroom and kitchen area, talk about luxurious, It feels far from staying in a tent. Although during our stay here we were meet with some pretty terrible rain, it was no issue as the tent had free wifi and tv for entertainment. It was the perfect place to cosy up and relax, especially listing to the rain hitting the tent roof. As the rain cleared we decided to explore the surrounding areas and all that Pennashaw had to offer. We were meet by the cutest wildlife, bluest of water and crystal clean sand. The local cafes are also amazing, both mornings we indulged in a coffee and some sort of breakfast treat.

The Ki seafront holiday park also offers different styles of accomodation - including these Eco Tents, Bell Tents, Powered and unpowered sites and tons of amazing new facilities.

We highly recommend these Tents if you have an adventurous nature although still love that luxury style stay. They make for a romantic night & a super unique experience. The tents also include a TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, bar fridge, wifi, a large undercover deck, bathroom with a shower, hot water and running toilet, comfortable double bed, reverse cycle aircon/heating & a couch!! I mean what more could you want.

Thanks for making us feel at home, and our first night on KI one to remember.
