Revel and Hide is a luxury city apartment located amid the buzz of Melbourne’s Collingwood and Fitzroy. The streets that surround the apartment are considered among Melbourne’s most historic, diverse and iconic streets: Smith, Johnston, Gertrude, Brunswick just to name a few. This gorgeous, moody sanctuary has been thoughtfully crafted with all the comforts needed to explore & indulge in the city, or nestle in for a peaceful escape. In this one bedroom one bathroom apartment you can expect to find cosy lush linens, with epic levels of comfort and all the thoughtful touches needed for a home-away-from-home vibe. In the main room you can find a small but mighty kitchen, which has been fully stocked for a morning coffee fix, afternoon platter or quiet meal in. The apartment block also features a complex rooftop pool perfect for taking in the iconic red warehouse views over Collingwood. Revel and Hide is situated perfectly for anyone looking to explore the city for a night or two only being a cruisey 20 min walk to the Royal Exhibition Buildings, Carlton or Treasury Gardens, a 30 min walk to the MCG, or hop on the nearby tram to ride into the centre of the CBD within 10 mins. Like all major cities there is access to an abundance of taxis/Ubers, or if driving or hiring a car, make the most of their complimentary parking in a dedicated spot in the basement of the building.
Each morning during our stay, we would find ourselves waking to the smell of fresh foods as we went for a walk down to the local cafes and bakeries taking in all that the Melbourne streets have to offer. One of our favourite things to do here was enjoy a gin or two on the outdoor balcony soaking up the last of the evening sun whilst reading a book and listening to the hustle of the city. Come night, we were only a streets walk away from a number of our favourite restaurants which we couldn’t help but revisit a number of times. We had an absolute blast staying here and found it to be the perfect accommodation when staying in Melbourne. We cannot recommend Revel and Hide enough for anyone looking at visiting or staying in Melbourne for a short or long stay. This stay will accommodate your every need.
