A gorgeous river vista experience with exceptional cliffside views.
The River Vista sits high above the Murray River on glowing ochre sandstone cliffs, located in Spring Cart Gully, SA. Throughout this gorgeous property you will find 180 degree sweeping views of the horizon, a sunken cliffside fire pit, freestanding stone bath, walk in shower, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, two queen bedrooms and of course stunning views of the Murray River flowing down below. Spring Cart Gully is one of the oldest and most historic names on the South Australian map.
Throughout our stay here we could not help but indulge in the delicious grazing platter made up of locally made gin and wine. Whilst soaking in those unhindered views across the horizon - as far as the eye can see. We found this stay to be truly cosy with it’s thoughtful curated high-end finishes and purposeful interiors this stay was truly like no other. Each night we couldn’t help but find ourselves down near the fire pit soaking in those stunning sunset colours overlooking the river below. Often spotting a number of bird specious flying low above the water looking for their own dinner. We truly had such a magical time here, we forever felt at home and cosy and cannot speak more highly of this accommodation. Thanks River Vista for giving us such a cosy and homely stay.
