Yoho House is a luxurious and secluded farm house surrounded by spring fed creeks at Delamere; along South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula.
Yoho House is the perfect country getaway that lies on a large, lush green property, less than a ten minute drive from some of Fleurieu Peninsula’s best beaches, including Rapid Bay, Second Valley and Cape Jervis. At the property you can take in the stunning views of the creeks and trees from the cosy couch while being warmed by the wood fireplace, or soak away for hours in the deep bath. In the full sized kitchen cook a hearty meal and enjoy a picnic under the giant Elm tree, or enjoy the afternoon sun while listening to the sound of the creeks. Inside Yoho you’ll find three bedrooms each with queen beds, a bathroom containing a large shower along with a deep bath. Relax on the spacious and cosy couch or warm yourself by the wood fireplace while reading or talking the night away. Yoho House has a modern fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, there are books to read, games to play and cozy nooks to just sit, ponder and unwind.
During our stay here we loved sitting on the couch gazing out the giant glass windows siping on a coffee over looking the gardens below. Throughout the day we found ourselves exploring the property taking in all the native wildlife and plants, listening to the sound of water trickling down the creek. Setting up a picnic underneath the giant Elm tree out on the grass was something we did daily for hours and just watched the day go by. Being so close and accessible to so many walking tracks and local beaches we would quickly fill our day full of fun activities. Yoho House is such a peaceful and relaxing stay inviting you to slow down and reconnect with nature it’s the perfect place all year round. We cant thank Laurise enough for allowing us to explore her stunning property and truly reconnecting with nature.
